MOKAI (Pets)

This term we have been learning to name pets in Maori. We know that:

ngeru is cat
kuri is dog
hoiho is horse
honu is turtle
poaka is pig
rapeti is rabbit

We made a special book about Mokai to read in the classroom. Here are some of our pictures:
